We go in for our ultrasound tomorrow and should know whether we are having a boy or a girl! I am so blessed that this appointment came when it did, as Monte has the day off tomorrow, so he will be able to attend this one with me. I don't know what it will be like to have him there, as it is usually Colin who comes with to these, but I'm excited to have my hubby there! I don't really feel like I've missed out on much not having him come to any of the previous appointments, just feeling excited that the news of boy or girl is going to be delivered to both of us at the same time. My appointment isn't until mid-afternoon, and I won't announce it until we've told our families, but I do promise that I will get the announcement up as soon as I can!
On top of all of that excitement, I got to meet my bloggy friend, Pennie, in real life today, along with her friend (who I will now claim as my friend, too!) Shelly. We met for lunch and it was such a wonderful time .. thank you ladies for the great company - I can't wait to make it happen again soon!
